1. What these terms cover. Use of the website pontecredit.com. The service itself is governed by the Services Agreement signed separately at enrollment, together with the statements required by federal law and by your state's law.

2. Who we are. Ponte Credit LLC is a credit repair organization under federal law. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal, accounting or tax advice, and are not a credit bureau.

3. Educational content. Information on this site describes how the US credit system generally works. It is not a prediction of results for you. No credit outcome is guaranteed.

4. Your right to do it yourself. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit reporting agencies, at no cost and without hiring anyone.

5. Availability. The service is offered to residents of Florida, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Connecticut. It is not offered to residents of Georgia.

6. Permitted use. You agree not to copy, scrape or reproduce site content without permission, or use the site unlawfully.

7. Marks. "Ponte Credit" and the logo are for the exclusive use of Ponte Credit LLC.

8. Limitation. The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Ponte Credit LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits the rights federal or state law grants you as a consumer, or the terms of the Services Agreement.

9. Governing law. Governed by Florida law, without prejudice to the protections of the law of your state of residence.

10. Language. These terms exist in Portuguese and English. Both versions are equally authoritative.
